My name is Elaine Empalmado, and I am a retired ​Cocktail Bartender with 7 years of experience from ​Toronto! After months of embracing sobriety, I realized a ​gap in the world of non-alcoholic beverages: there just ​weren’t enough mocktails that truly mirrored the ​complexity and allure of alcoholic drinks.


My journey is deeply personal, and I’m driven by the ​desire to inspire others with healthy, delicious ​alternatives that make sobriety not just a choice, but a ​celebration.
